Mr. Sunar is an International Relations scholar pursuing his PhD degree in prestigious university from China, with an emphasis on Sino-Indo-Nepal relations. He has received his M.A degree in International Relations from South Asian University, New Delhi. He is also equipped with an engineering degree in his academic records. Excellent command in international affairs and foreign policy are the intersection areas where we can find his analytical input in various national newspapers and conferences.
